There have been no questions specifically on lower limb revascularisation or amputation in previous CRQs/SAQs
It's conceivable anaesthesia for lower limb amputation could feature in a question on post-amputation pain, which has featured twice since 2017
Such questions would also fit with several curriculum requirements, particularly those pertaining to the peri-operative management of vasculopathic patients
In the absence of a recent BJA Education editorial on these topics, it may be prudent to focus attention on other parts of the curriculum first
