Remote-site anaesthesia, sedation and transfer medicine

These topics are lumped together partly through author lethargy, partly as they're too small to warrant their own sub-section and partly through cross-over between them.

Remote-site anaesthesia, or 'non-theatre' as the curriculum describes it, has a single SAQ to its name, on MRI from 2018.

There was a CRQ on sedation in liver disease in March 2021, while transfer medicine remains an untapped CRQ resource, to date.
