Specific Paediatric Surgeries
Specific Paediatric Surgeries
By my count, approximately half of the paediatric CRQ/SAQ questions since 2017 have been on perioperative conduct for specific surgeries. These include inguinal hernia (2017), strabismus surgery (2019), tonsillectomy (2021; covered in the ENT section), foreign body (2022) and pyloric stenosis (2023).
